INTERNET RETURN POLICY
Internet returns must be made within 14 days of shipping order date for refund with original receipt included with the return. Shipping refund is not included. Goods must be in unworn perfect condition. Please ship back via insured, certified US mail or UPS. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Please fill out the return form included with your order and ship to the address listed below. Internet returns may also be made in person to the Built by Wendy retail store within 14 days of shipping order date only.
For internet returns made between 15 and 30 days of shipping order date, a store credit will be issued for the current value of the item upon receipt, minus a 25% re-stock fee.
Returns made beyond 30 days will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
ALL SALE ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
STORE CREDIT GOOD FOR 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF ISSUE.
NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic orders ship Mon-Fri via US Postal Service, usually within one day of order
Alaska & Hawaii orders ship US Postal Service, within one week of order
International orders* ship via US Postal Service, within one week of order
*Please note: For all international orders, your shipping charge does NOT include any customs fees that you may incur. For international returns, the customer is also responsible for any additional customs fees.
STORE CREDITS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES
All gift certitificates and store credits are valid for ONE YEAR from date of issue. After one year all credits expire.

We will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. We collect personal information when you shop and register with us online. This information will be used to inform you of new products, sales, or updates on our site. When you place an order at builtbywendy.com, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about it.
Any materials sent to builtbywendy.com will be considered confidential and will become the property of Built by Wendy. We will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when: We have your consent to share the information; We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Built by Wendy to provide a product or service to you; (eg. giving the shipping company your address for shipping merchandise to you)
We DO NOT RELEASE any information about you to other companies. When you visit builtbywendy.com, we do not collect your name, email or any other personal information until you register or place an order with us online.
SECURITY
Protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information as it is transmitted to our server. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than Built by Wendy. To double-check for security, you can tell that the "http" in the web address will be replaced by "https". Secure pages slow down websites so you will only see this on our checkout pages.
